The 2nd Corporate Social Gathering in 2023 will be held on Tuesday, December 26, with the cooperation of BHP, the world’s largest mining company, under the theme of “What we can do to create a workplace where people with diverse backgrounds and circumstances can work and play an active role”

As one of the three pillars of our activities, we provide a forum for information exchange among individuals and organizations that support our activities. This year’s second corporate exchange event will be held online with the cooperation of BHP, a company that has been supporting our activities.

The speaker will talk about how the company has doubled the ratio of women in the company as a whole from 17% to 35% over the past several years and achieved a 40% ratio of women in iron ore mines in remote areas of Australia. We will also hold a group discussion on the theme of “What we can do to create a workplace where people with diverse backgrounds and circumstances can work and play active roles”.
